- الإرجاع والاستبدال (تغيير الرأي): يمكنك إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات في غضون 14 يومًا من الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون في حالتها الأصلية، غير ملبوسة، مع جميع البطاقات مرفقة، وفي تغليفها الأصلي.
- المنتجات المعيبة: بالنسبة للعيوب الصناعية، لديك ما يصل إلى 30 يومًا لطلب استرداد كامل أو استبدال. وسنتكفل بجميع تكاليف الشحن في هذه الحالة.
- تكاليف الشحن: بالنسبة للمرتجعات غير المعيبة، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.
- المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع: لأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة، لا يمكن إرجاع الملابس الداخلية والجوارب إلا إذا كانت معيبة.
