Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original tags

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or color only, subject to availability.

  • Exchange shipping fees may apply.

  2. Share your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

  • For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or Instapay.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue immediately.
